A private loft for decisions that matter.
LOFT1080 is a 90 m² private meeting loft in Vienna's Josefstadt district, hosting board meetings, press events, executive offsites, and strategy days for 10 to 35 people.
We host, we do not rent. When you arrive, the room is set up, the tech is tested, and a fixed point of contact from the team is there for the day.
Lange Gasse 50, in the 8th district of Vienna. For the hours you are with us, the house is yours.
What is LOFT1080?
LOFT1080 is one private loft of 90 m² with a raised platform inside it and a separate green courtyard behind a glass sliding door. The main level carries the meeting table, a lounge, and the 65-inch screen. A short stair leads up to the platform, where the workshop desk, the bar and a 55-inch screen sit. The courtyard is a quiet outdoor space for coffee, calls, or an informal break away from the table.
It is not a hotel conference room and not a coworking space. It is a house that the team prepares for your format, and that closes behind you when you leave.
A team as hosts, not a rental desk.
The team runs the day on the ground. A fixed point of contact knows your agenda, greets the group, handles coffee, supports the tech, and keeps the rhythm of the day intact. Alexander Raffeiner, who founded and owns the house, brings more than 20 years of consulting and moderation experience and signs an NDA on request. He speaks at a native level in English. He does not carry plates, and he is clear about that distinction.
Tech that was already there when you arrived.
A 65-inch screen on the main level, a 55-inch on the platform, wireless casting over AirPlay and Miracast, HDMI and USB-C on every position. Handheld and lavalier microphones, a sound system that carries the full room, a live-streaming setup for a remote audience and a green or white screen for production. Business-grade 5G Wi-Fi sized for 35 simultaneous users. You plug in and begin. If you notice the equipment, we did something wrong.
One loft, two levels, one courtyard.
The platform is where the group thinks out loud. The main level is where you present quietly. The courtyard is where the conversation between two coffees turns into the thing you actually came for. No hotel relocation, no second building, no wasted transitions. Only your team, for as long as you need.
Discreet by design.
No lobby. No signage with your name. No guest register. What is said here stays between the people who were in the room. For press events, board meetings and executive briefings that need to be off the record, this matters.
Who comes here.
Management boards rethinking a quarter. Communications and PR agencies running a launch that has to land. HR teams welcoming new executives. Consultancies putting their best clients around one table. International leadership teams spending one focused day in Vienna with their European counterparts. Investors gathering portfolio companies for an annual review.
If your day needs quiet, reliable tech, and a team that actually cares, you know where to find us.
Hosts, not landlords.
Every booking has a fixed point of contact from the team, someone who has read your agenda before you walk in and who stays reachable through the day. Alexander is accountable for the booking, signs the NDA, and joins international engagements where a second pair of ears helps. The team runs the house. Replies come in English or German, whichever you write in.
What a day costs.
Half a day starts at 600 EUR. A full day from 900 EUR. Room, tech, a fixed point of contact, and professional end cleaning are included. Coffee from Bieder & Maier, tea, cold drinks, a working lunch, a press buffet or an evening bar: add what the day actually needs.
Full details on rates and packages. For the physical walk through, see the room.

How do I book?
Write to welcome@loft1080.at or call +43 1 406 24 24 with a date, a group size and a rough format. We reply the same business day with a proposal, not a form letter.
